  • 💧 Water – to bloom the gelatin

Instructions

  • 🌿 Bloom gelatin in cold water.
  • 🔥 Heat milk and cream in a saucepan.
  • 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar, then temper with the warm milk mixture.
  • 🍵 Stir in matcha powder until dissolved and add the bloomed gelatin.
  • ❄️ Pour into molds and chill until set.
