Ingredients
- 🍵 Matcha powder – for flavor and color
- 🥛 Milk – base of the Bavarian cream
- 🍦 Cream – for richness
- 🥚 Egg yolks – for thickening
- 🍬 Sugar – for sweetness
- 🌿 Gelatin – to set the Bavarian
- 💧 Water – to bloom the gelatin
Instructions
- 🌿 Bloom gelatin in cold water.
- 🔥 Heat milk and cream in a saucepan.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar, then temper with the warm milk mixture.
- 🍵 Stir in matcha powder until dissolved and add the bloomed gelatin.
- ❄️ Pour into molds and chill until set.
