Ingredients

  • 🫓 Papad – 2 pieces
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green Chili – finely chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – to taste
  • 🧂 Masala – (Chaat Masala or similar)
  • 💧 Oil – for roasting/frying

Instructions

  • 🔥 Roast or fry papad until crisp.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix onion, tomato, green chili (if using), cilantro, and masala.
  • 🍋 Add lemon juice to the mixture and combine well.
  • ✨ Spread the mixture evenly over the roasted/fried papad.
  • 🍽️ Serve immediately and enjoy!
