Ingredients
- 🫓 Papad – 2 pieces
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chili – finely chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – to taste
- 🧂 Masala – (Chaat Masala or similar)
- 💧 Oil – for roasting/frying
Instructions
- 🔥 Roast or fry papad until crisp.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix onion, tomato, green chili (if using), cilantro, and masala.
- 🍋 Add lemon juice to the mixture and combine well.
- ✨ Spread the mixture evenly over the roasted/fried papad.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately and enjoy!
