Ingredients
- 🍚 Dosa batter – 2 cups
- 🥔 Potato – 2 medium, boiled
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, chopped
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🫘 Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
- 🧅 Add onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until golden.
- 🥔 Add mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 🥣 Spread dosa batter thinly on a hot griddle.
- 🥄 Place potato masala on one side of the dosa and fold it over. Cook until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
