Mango Panna Cotta Gateau

Ingredients

  • 🍰 Sponge Cake – 1 thin layer for the base
  • 🥭 Mango Puree – 1.5 cups fresh and smooth
  • 🥛 Heavy Cream – 2 cups
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup or to taste
  • 🍮 Gelatin Powder – 15g bloomed in cold water
  • 🍦 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🍰 Place a pre-baked sponge cake layer at the bottom of a round springform pan.
  • 🔥 Gently heat the cream and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • 🥭 Remove from heat and whisk in the bloomed gelatin and mango puree until smooth.
  • 🥣 Pour the mango mixture over the cake base and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
  • ❄️ Refrigerate for at least 6 hours until firm, then garnish with fresh mango slices.
