Mango milk cake

Ingredients
- 🥭 Mango Puree – 1 cup fresh and smooth
- 🥛 Full Cream Milk – 500ml for the base
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup or to taste
- 🍰 Sponge Cake – ready-made or homemade base
- 🥛 Milk Powder – 1/4 cup for thickness
- 🥜 Pistachios – chopped for garnish
- 🍈 Cardamom Powder – a pinch for aroma
Instructions
- 🥛 Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan and reduce it by half on medium heat.
- 🍬 Stir in sugar, milk powder, and cardamom until the mixture thickens slightly.
- 🥭 Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and fold in half of the mango puree.
- 🍰 Place the sponge cake in a tray and pour the mango-milk mixture evenly over it.
- ❄️ Spread the remaining mango puree on top, garnish with nuts, and chill before serving.
