Ingredients
- 🥭 Ripe Mangoes – 2 large, peeled and cubed
- 🥥 Coconut Cream – 1 cup, chilled and thick
- 🍯 Sweetener – 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 🍋 Lime Juice – 1 tsp for brightness
- 🥥 Shredded Coconut – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥭 Blend the fresh mango cubes until they form a smooth, thick puree.
- 🥥 Whip the chilled coconut cream in a cold bowl until light and fluffy.
- 🥣 Gently fold the mango puree and sweetener into the whipped coconut cream.
- 🍮 Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- ✨ Top with shredded coconut and fresh mango pieces before serving.
