Ingredients
- 🥭 Mangoes – diced
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫙 Vinegar – for preserving
- 🌶️ Green chilies – minced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Ginger – grated
- 🧂 Sugar – to taste
- ✨ Spices (cumin, coriander) – to taste
Instructions
- 🥭 Combine diced mangoes, onion, chilies, garlic, and ginger in a pan.
- 🧂 Add sugar, vinegar, and spices to the pan.
- 🔥 Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the chutney thickens.
- 🥄 Simmer until the mangoes soften and the flavors meld.
- 🌡️ Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
