Ingredients
- 🍪 Biscoff Biscuits – 250g finely crushed
- 🧈 Butter – 100g melted
- 🧀 Cream Cheese – 500g softened
- 🥭 Mango Puree – 1 cup fresh and thick
- 🍦 Heavy Cream – 200ml chilled and whipped
- 🍯 Biscoff Spread – 2 tbsp for drizzling
Instructions
- 🍪 Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press firmly into a cake tin base.
- 🥣 Beat the cream cheese and mango puree together until smooth and lump-free.
- ☁️ Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until the mixture is light and airy.
- 🧊 Pour the filling over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set.
- ✨ Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread and top with fresh mango chunks before serving.
