Ingredients

  • 🍪 Biscoff Biscuits – 250g finely crushed
  • 🧈 Butter – 100g melted
  • 🧀 Cream Cheese – 500g softened
  • 🥭 Mango Puree – 1 cup fresh and thick
  • 🍦 Heavy Cream – 200ml chilled and whipped
  • 🍯 Biscoff Spread – 2 tbsp for drizzling

Instructions

  • 🍪 Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press firmly into a cake tin base.
  • 🥣 Beat the cream cheese and mango puree together until smooth and lump-free.
  • ☁️ Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until the mixture is light and airy.
  • 🧊 Pour the filling over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set.
  • ✨ Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread and top with fresh mango chunks before serving.
