Ingredients

  • 🐟 Seafood mix (prawns, fish, mussels) – 500g
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🌶️ Red chilies – 4-5, adjust to taste
  • 🧄 Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • 🫘 Tamarind paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add curry leaves, and sauté onions and garlic until golden.
  • 🌶️ Add red chilies and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened. Add tamarind paste.
  • 🐟 Add seafood and cook until it changes color. Pour in coconut milk and simmer.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.🍚
