Ingredients
- 🐟 Seafood mix (prawns, fish, mussels) – 500g
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🌶️ Red chilies – 4-5, adjust to taste
- 🧄 Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 cup
- 🫘 Tamarind paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add curry leaves, and sauté onions and garlic until golden.
- 🌶️ Add red chilies and sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened. Add tamarind paste.
- 🐟 Add seafood and cook until it changes color. Pour in coconut milk and simmer.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.🍚
