Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice Flour – 1/4 cup
  • 🍋 Lemon zest – 1 tsp
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • ✨ Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🌰 Grind almonds finely.
  • 🥛 Heat milk in a saucepan.
  • 🍚 Whisk rice flour with some cold milk, then add to the heated milk.
  • 🍬 Add sugar and almond powder, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  • 🍋 Add lemon zest and vanilla extract.
  • 🥄 Pour into molds and refrigerate until set before serving.
