Ingredients
- 🌰 Almonds – 1 cup, blanched
- 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
- 🍚 Rice Flour – 1/4 cup
- 🍋 Lemon zest – 1 tsp
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
- ✨ Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🌰 Grind almonds finely.
- 🥛 Heat milk in a saucepan.
- 🍚 Whisk rice flour with some cold milk, then add to the heated milk.
- 🍬 Add sugar and almond powder, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- 🍋 Add lemon zest and vanilla extract.
- 🥄 Pour into molds and refrigerate until set before serving.
