Ingredients
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 2 cups
- 🐟 Fish or Vegetables – 500g
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2, slit
- 🌿 Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
- 🍋 Lime – 1, juiced
- 🌱 Coriander – for garnish
- 🥄 Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- 🌱 Ginger – 1 inch, grated
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, and sauté onions until golden.
- 🧄 Add ginger, garlic, green chilies, and sauté for a minute.
- 🥄 Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and sauté briefly.
- 🐟 Add fish or vegetables, salt, and cook for a few minutes.
- 🥥 Pour coconut milk, simmer until cooked through, and finish with lime juice and coriander.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice or appam.
