Ingredients

  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 2 cups
  • 🐟 Fish or Vegetables – 500g
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2, slit
  • 🌿 Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🍋 Lime – 1, juiced
  • 🌱 Coriander – for garnish
  • 🥄 Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌱 Ginger – 1 inch, grated

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, and sauté onions until golden.
  • 🧄 Add ginger, garlic, green chilies, and sauté for a minute.
  • 🥄 Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and sauté briefly.
  • 🐟 Add fish or vegetables, salt, and cook for a few minutes.
  • 🥥 Pour coconut milk, simmer until cooked through, and finish with lime juice and coriander.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with rice or appam.
