Ingredients

  • ๐Ÿ‹ Lemon juice or Vinegar โ€“ 1 tbsp
  • ๐ŸงŠ Ice cubes โ€“ optional
  • ๐Ÿ’ง Water โ€“ as needed

Instructions

  • ๐Ÿถ Pour milk into a clean container.
  • ๐Ÿ‹ Add lemon juice or vinegar and stir gently.
  • โณ Let it sit for a few minutes until the milk curdles and separates.
  • ๐Ÿงบ Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth to separate the whey.
  • ๐Ÿ’ง Rinse the solids with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture to get Makhan.
