Ingredients
- ๐ฅ Milk โ 2 cups
- ๐ Lemon juice or Vinegar โ 1 tbsp
- ๐ง Ice cubes โ optional
- ๐ง Water โ as needed
Instructions
- ๐ถ Pour milk into a clean container.
- ๐ Add lemon juice or vinegar and stir gently.
- โณ Let it sit for a few minutes until the milk curdles and separates.
- ๐งบ Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth to separate the whey.
- ๐ง Rinse the solids with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture to get Makhan.
