Ingredients

  • 🧀 Cheddar cheese – 2 cups shredded
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 끓 Boil macaroni according to package directions.
  • 🔥 In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour.
  • 🥛 Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Simmer until thickened.
