Ingredients

  • 🥩 Mutton pieces – 500g
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🥄 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  • 🥩 Add the marinated mutton to the pot and cook on medium heat until browned.
  • 💧 Add water as needed and simmer until mutton is tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
