Ingredients
- 🥩 Mutton pieces – 500g
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🥄 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- 🥩 Add the marinated mutton to the pot and cook on medium heat until browned.
- 💧 Add water as needed and simmer until mutton is tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
