Ingredients
- 🥩 Minced meat – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
- 🫙 Galouti Kabab spice mix – 2 tbsp
- 🌰 Cashew nut paste – 1 tbsp
- 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- 🧈 Ghee – for shallow frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix minced meat with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and galouti kabab spice mix.
- 🌰 Add cashew nut paste, cream, and lemon juice; mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan.
- 🥄 Shape the mixture into small, round patties.
- 🍳 Shallow fry the kababs until golden brown on both sides.
- 🌿 Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro and lemon wedges.
