Ingredients

  • 🥩 Minced meat – 500g
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
  • 🫙 Galouti Kabab spice mix – 2 tbsp
  • 🌰 Cashew nut paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • 🧈 Ghee – for shallow frying

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix minced meat with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and galouti kabab spice mix.
  • 🌰 Add cashew nut paste, cream, and lemon juice; mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan.
  • 🥄 Shape the mixture into small, round patties.
  • 🍳 Shallow fry the kababs until golden brown on both sides.
  • 🌿 Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro and lemon wedges.
