  • 🥛 Milk – with saffron strands
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice
  • 🥄 Biryani Masala

Instructions

  • 🧅 Fry sliced onions until golden brown and crisp; set aside.
  • 🥘 In a heavy-bottomed pot, layer marinated meat, rice, and fried onions.
  • 🌿 Sprinkle with mint, cilantro, and saffron milk between layers.
  • 🔥 Cook on low heat (dum) until rice is cooked and meat is tender.
  • ✨ Garnish with fried onions and serve hot with raita.
