Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🐔 Chicken or Mutton – marinated
- 🧅 Onions – thinly sliced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 🌿 Mint & Cilantro – chopped
- 🥛 Milk – with saffron strands
- 🍋 Lemon Juice
- 🥄 Biryani Masala
Instructions
- 🧅 Fry sliced onions until golden brown and crisp; set aside.
- 🥘 In a heavy-bottomed pot, layer marinated meat, rice, and fried onions.
- 🌿 Sprinkle with mint, cilantro, and saffron milk between layers.
- 🔥 Cook on low heat (dum) until rice is cooked and meat is tender.
- ✨ Garnish with fried onions and serve hot with raita.
