Low Calorie BBQ Pulled Beef Burger

Ingredients
- 🍔 Burger buns – 4
- 🥩 Beef chuck roast – 2 lbs
- 🧅 Onion – 1, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🔥 BBQ sauce – low calorie
- 🥬 Lettuce – for topping
- 🍅 Tomato – sliced, for topping
Instructions
- 🥩 Season beef with salt, pepper, and your favorite BBQ rub.
- 🔥 Sear beef on all sides in a pot or Dutch oven.
- 🧅 Add onion and garlic to the pot and cook for a few minutes.
- 🥘 Add BBQ sauce and water/broth to cover the beef partially. Simmer on low heat (or slow cook) for 3-4 hours, or until beef is easily shredded.
- ✨ Shred beef with two forks. Serve on burger buns with lettuce and tomato.
