Ingredients

  • 🍷 Red wine – 1 cup

  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥩 Sear beef tenderloin in butter until browned on all sides.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions and mushrooms in the same pan until softened.
  • 🍷 Deglaze the pan with red wine, scraping up any browned bits.
  • 🥛 Stir in heavy cream and thyme; simmer until sauce thickens.
  • 🥩 Return beef to the pan and cook to desired doneness. Serve hot. ✨
