Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🫑 Bell Peppers – sliced
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🥘 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup (carrots, peas, beans)
- 🥄 Cooking Oil – 2 tablespoons
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- ✨ Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and green chilies (if using). Cook until soft.
- 🌶️ Stir in turmeric powder and red chili powder. Sauté briefly.
- 🥘 Add mixed vegetables and bell peppers. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and salt. Mix well until combined.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
