Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🫑 Bell Peppers – sliced
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🥘 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup (carrots, peas, beans)
  • 🥄 Cooking Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • ✨ Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and green chilies (if using). Cook until soft.
  • 🌶️ Stir in turmeric powder and red chili powder. Sauté briefly.
  • 🥘 Add mixed vegetables and bell peppers. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice and salt. Mix well until combined.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
