Lobster shumai dumplings

Ingredients
- 🦞 Lobster meat – chopped
- 🥟 Shumai wrappers – 24 pieces
- 🧅 Onion – finely minced
- 🍄 Mushrooms – finely diced
- 🫚 Ginger – grated
- 🌿 Scallions – chopped
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔪 Combine lobster, onion, mushrooms, ginger, scallions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each shumai wrapper.
- 🤏 Gently pleat the sides of the wrapper, leaving the top open.
- ♨️ Steam the shumai dumplings for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
