Lobster shumai dumplings

Ingredients

  • 🦞 Lobster meat – chopped
  • 🥟 Shumai wrappers – 24 pieces
  • 🧅 Onion – finely minced
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – finely diced
  • 🫚 Ginger – grated
  • 🌿 Scallions – chopped
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔪 Combine lobster, onion, mushrooms, ginger, scallions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  • 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each shumai wrapper.
  • 🤏 Gently pleat the sides of the wrapper, leaving the top open.
  • ♨️ Steam the shumai dumplings for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
