Ingredients
- 🫘 Kidney beans – 1 cup, soaked overnight

- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
- 🌰 Walnuts – 1/4 cup, ground
- 🍷 Red wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🫘 Boil the soaked kidney beans until tender.
- 🧅 Sauté onion until golden, then add garlic and red pepper flakes.
- 🥘 Combine beans, onion mixture, cilantro, walnuts, and red wine vinegar in a pot.
- 🔥 Simmer for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- 🧂 Season with salt to taste and serve warm.
