Instructions
- 💧 Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water.
- 🌿 In a food processor, combine basil, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese. Pulse until finely chopped.
- 🫒 Gradually add olive oil while processing until a smooth pesto forms.
- 🍝 Toss the cooked linguine with pesto. Add pasta water if needed to adjust consistency.
