Ingredients
- 🐷 Pork Tenderloin – 1.5 lbs
- 🍋 Lemon – 1 (juice and zest)
- 🌶️ Black Pepper – 2 tbsp, coarsely ground
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the marinade: mix lemon juice, zest, pepper, garlic, oil, and salt.
- 🥩 Marinate the pork tenderloin for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- ⏲️ Sear pork in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to the oven.
- 🌡️ Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest before slicing.
