Ingredients
- 🌱 Soya Chunks – 1 cup, pre-soaked
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 1-2, chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs (coriander/parsley) – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥄 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onions, sauté until golden.
- 🌱 Add soya chunks and green chilies (if using); stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- 🥄 Mix in soy sauce and salt, cook for 2 minutes.
- 🍋 Add lemon juice and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with rice or noodles. ✨
