Ingredients

- 🌱 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Za'atar – for topping (optional)
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine flour, water, olive oil, and salt in a bowl to form a dough.
- ⏳ Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 🔪 Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a thin circle.
- ♨️ Heat a dry skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- 🍳 Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and slightly puffed. Sprinkle with za'atar if desired.
