Ingredients
- π Cooked Rice β 2 cups
- π₯ Lard β 2 tbsp
- π₯ Mixed Vegetables β 1 cup (peas, carrots, corn)
- π₯ Egg β 1, scrambled
- π§ Onion β ΒΌ cup, chopped
- π§ Garlic β 2 cloves, minced
- πΏ Green Onions β for garnish
- π§ Soy Sauce β 1 tbsp
- πΆοΈ Optional Chili Flakes
Instructions
- π₯ Heat lard in a wok or large pan.
- π§ SautΓ© onions and garlic until fragrant.
- π₯ Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- π₯ Push vegetables to one side, add scrambled egg, cook until set, then mix with vegetables.
- π Add cooked rice and soy sauce; stir-fry until heated through and well combined.
- πΏ Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
