Ingredients
- 🦞 Lobster – 1 whole, cleaned
- 🫑 Bell peppers – assorted colors, diced
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili – chopped (optional)
- 🏮 Lantern chilies - for garnish (optional)
- 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
- 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- 🌶️ Add bell peppers and chili; stir-fry until slightly softened.
- 🦞 Add lobster and stir-fry until cooked through and shell turns bright red.
- 🏮 Garnish with lantern chilies (if using) and serve hot with rice.
