  • 🍌 Plantain curry – sweet and savory
  • 🥚 Egg – boiled

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare rice by cooking in meat stock.
  • 🥘 Cook meat curry separately (beef, lamb, or chicken).
  • 🍆 Prepare Brinjal Moju, Seeni Sambal, and Plantain curry.
  • 🍃 Place a portion of rice, meat curry, and other accompaniments on a banana leaf.
  • 📦 Fold banana leaf to form a packet and bake in oven until heated through.
