Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – cooked in stock
- 🍖 Meat curry – beef, lamb, or chicken
- 🍆 Brinjal Moju – pickled eggplant
- 🧅 Seeni Sambal – caramelized onions
- 🍌 Plantain curry – sweet and savory
- 🥚 Egg – boiled
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare rice by cooking in meat stock.
- 🥘 Cook meat curry separately (beef, lamb, or chicken).
- 🍆 Prepare Brinjal Moju, Seeni Sambal, and Plantain curry.
- 🍃 Place a portion of rice, meat curry, and other accompaniments on a banana leaf.
- 📦 Fold banana leaf to form a packet and bake in oven until heated through.
