Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken or Paneer – 1 lb, cubed
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🥛 Cream – 1/2 cup
- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
- 🌶️ Spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- 🍅 Stir in tomato puree and spices; cook until oil separates.
- 🐔 Add chicken or paneer, mix well, and cook until done.
- 🥛 Stir in cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve.
