Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground beef – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili powder – 2 tbsp
- 🥫 Tomato sauce – 1 cup
- 🌮 Taco shells – 12
- 🧀 Cheddar cheese – shredded
- 🥬 Lettuce – shredded
- 🍅 Tomato – diced
Instructions
- 🔥 Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- 🧅 Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- 🌶️ Stir in chili powder and tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- 🌮 Warm taco shells according to package directions.
- 🌮 Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Enjoy!
