Kunafa Pistachio Croissant

Ingredients
- ๐ฅ Croissants โ 6 ready-made
- ๐ฅ Kataifi dough โ 250g
- ๐ง Cheese โ 200g (like mozzarella or akkawi)
- ๐ฅ Butter โ 100g, melted
- ๐ฏ Syrup โ 1 cup (sugar, water, lemon juice)
- ๐ฐ Pistachios โ chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- ๐ฅ Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- ๐ช Slice croissants in half horizontally.
- ๐ง Stuff each croissant with cheese.
- ๐งถ Wrap the cheese-filled croissants with kataifi dough, pressing gently.
- ๐ง Brush the wrapped croissants with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- ๐ฏ Drizzle with syrup and garnish with chopped pistachios. Serve warm. โจ
