Ingredients

  • ๐Ÿฅ Kataifi dough โ€“ 250g
  • ๐Ÿง€ Cheese โ€“ 200g (like mozzarella or akkawi)
  • ๐Ÿฅ› Butter โ€“ 100g, melted
  • ๐Ÿฏ Syrup โ€“ 1 cup (sugar, water, lemon juice)
  • ๐ŸŒฐ Pistachios โ€“ chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  • ๐Ÿ”ช Slice croissants in half horizontally.
