Ingredients
- 🍫 Brownie mix – for base
- 🧈 Butter – melted
- 🥚 Eggs – for brownie
- 🥛 Milk – for brownie
- 🫓 Kataifi dough (kunafa pastry) – shredded
- 🧀 Soft cheese – like ricotta or mascarpone
- 🍯 Syrup – sugar, water, lemon juice
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare brownie batter according to package directions and bake in pan.
- 🔪 While brownie cools, prepare kunafa topping: Mix shredded kataifi with melted butter and bake until golden.
- 🧀 Mix cheese and spread over cooled brownie base.
- ✨ Top with baked kunafa.
