Ingredients
- 🔪 Roti – chopped into small pieces
- 🐔 Cooked Chicken or Meat – diced
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🥚 Egg – lightly scrambled
- 🌿 Curry Leaves – a few sprigs
- 🧂 Spices (curry powder, chili powder, turmeric) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan or griddle. Sauté onions, garlic, and green chilies until fragrant.
- 🥕 Add carrots and cabbage. Stir-fry until slightly softened.
- 🥚 Push vegetables to the side. Scramble the egg in the pan.
- 🐔 Add cooked chicken or meat and chopped roti to the pan. Mix well.
- 🧂 Season with curry powder, chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Stir-fry until heated through and flavors combine. Serve hot!
