Ingredients

  • 🔪 Roti – chopped into small pieces
  • 🐔 Cooked Chicken or Meat – diced
  • 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🥚 Egg – lightly scrambled
  • 🌿 Curry Leaves – a few sprigs
  • 🧂 Spices (curry powder, chili powder, turmeric) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan or griddle. Sauté onions, garlic, and green chilies until fragrant.
  • 🥕 Add carrots and cabbage. Stir-fry until slightly softened.
  • 🥚 Push vegetables to the side. Scramble the egg in the pan.
  • 🐔 Add cooked chicken or meat and chopped roti to the pan. Mix well.
  • 🧂 Season with curry powder, chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Stir-fry until heated through and flavors combine. Serve hot!
