Ingredients
- Parotta 🫓 - 2, shredded
- 🧅 Onions - 1 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes - 2 medium, chopped
- 🥚 Eggs - 2 (optional)
- 🌶️ Green chilies - 2, chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro - for garnish
- 🍗 Chicken/Vegetable Curry - 1 cup
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, chili powder) - to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chilies.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- 🥚 Scramble eggs (if using) and cook until set.
- 🥘 Add shredded parotta, curry, and spices. Mix well.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
