Ingredients

  • Parotta 🫓 - 2, shredded
  • 🧅 Onions - 1 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes - 2 medium, chopped
  • 🥚 Eggs - 2 (optional)
  • 🌶️ Green chilies - 2, chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro - for garnish
  • 🍗 Chicken/Vegetable Curry - 1 cup
  • 🧂 Spices (turmeric, chili powder) - to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chilies.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • 🥚 Scramble eggs (if using) and cook until set.
  • 🥘 Add shredded parotta, curry, and spices. Mix well.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
