Ingredients

  • 🥟 Momo wrappers – 20 pieces
  • 🥩 Ground meat (pork/chicken) – 200g
  • 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp grated
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix ground meat, cabbage, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil for filling.
  • 🥟 Fill each momo wrapper with mixture and shape into momos.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, place momos and cook until golden brown on one side.
  • 💧 Add water to the pan, cover, and steam until water evaporates and momos are cooked through.
  • ✨ Serve hot with dipping sauce.
