Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken or 🥩 Lamb – 1 lb, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🌰 Almonds – 1/4 cup, ground
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
  • 🥄 Korma spice mix – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute, then add the meat and brown it.
  • 🥄 Stir in korma spice mix, yogurt, and ground almonds. Cook for 5 mins.
  • 🥥 Add coconut milk and simmer until the meat is tender (about 30-40 minutes).
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or naan.
