Ingredients
- 🍚 Steamed bao buns – 4
- 🌱 Tofu – firm or extra-firm
- 🌶️ Gochujang – Korean chili paste
- 🥬 Kimchi – chopped
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🧅 Scallions – for garnish
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for marinade
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🫘 Sesame oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔪 Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes and marinate in soy sauce and garlic.
- 🍳 Pan-fry or bake tofu until golden brown and crispy.
- ♨️ Steam bao buns until soft and warm.
- 🥬 Assemble bao buns with tofu, kimchi, cucumber, and a dollop of gochujang.
- 🧅 Garnish with scallions and serve immediately. Enjoy! 😋
