Ingredients

- 🧂 Salt – 1 tbsp coarse
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp unsalted
- 🌱 Yeast – 1 tsp
- 🫘 Sweet red bean paste - for filling (optional)
Instructions
- 🌱 Activate yeast in warm water with sugar.
- 🥣 Combine flour, salt, and butter, then add the yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise.
- 🥯 Shape dough into rolls, optionally fill with sweet red bean paste, and sprinkle with coarse salt.
