Ingredients

- 🌶️ Red curry paste – 2 tablespoons
- 🐟 Fish sauce – 1 tablespoon
- 🌴 Palm sugar – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat coconut milk in a pot over medium heat.
- 🌶️ Add red curry paste and stir until fragrant.
- 🍤 Add shrimp, potatoes, and onions. Cook until shrimp turns pink and potatoes are tender.
- 🐟 Stir in fish sauce and palm sugar. Simmer until sauce thickens.
