Ingredients

  • Chicken wings (Kokra): 500g 🍗
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp 🧄
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp 💛
  • Red chili powder: 1 tsp 🌶️
  • Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala: 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp 🍋
  • Salt to taste 🧂
  • Cooking oil for frying 🛢️

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken wings with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. 🥣
  • Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan or wok on medium heat. 🔥
  • Carefully add the marinated chicken wings to the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry in batches if needed. ♨️
  • Fry the chicken wings until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. Turn occasionally for even cooking. ⏲️
  • Remove the fried chicken wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. 📄
  • Serve hot and enjoy! 🎉
