Ingredients

  • 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – 2 cups
  • 🫘 Urad dal (split black lentils) – 1/2 cup, soaked
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🛢️ Oil – for frying
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the dough with maida, salt, and water; set aside.
  • ♨️ Grind soaked urad dal with ginger and chili into a paste.
  • 🌿 Mix coriander leaves and spices into the lentil paste.
  • 🥟 Stuff small portions of dough with the lentil mixture.
  • 🔥 Fry the stuffed kochuris until golden brown and puffed up. Serve hot.
