Ingredients
- 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – 2 cups
- 🫘 Urad dal (split black lentils) – 1/2 cup, soaked
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the dough with maida, salt, and water; set aside.
- ♨️ Grind soaked urad dal with ginger and chili into a paste.
- 🌿 Mix coriander leaves and spices into the lentil paste.
- 🥟 Stuff small portions of dough with the lentil mixture.
- 🔥 Fry the stuffed kochuris until golden brown and puffed up. Serve hot.
