Ingredients
- ๐ Kisi Grapes โ 10 lbs
- ๐ง Water โ as needed
- ๐งช Wine Yeast โ 5g
- ๐ฌ Sugar โ to taste (optional)
Instructions
- ๐ Crush the Kisi grapes to extract juice.
- ๐ถ Transfer the juice to a fermentation vessel.
- ๐งช Add wine yeast and sugar (if using) to the juice.
