Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🥬 Kimchi – 1 cup, chopped
  • 🥓 Bacon or Spam – 1/2 cup, diced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • 🌶️ Gochujang – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 or 2, fried

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and bacon/spam until lightly browned.
  • 🥬 Add kimchi and gochujang (if using) and cook for a few minutes.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice and stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
  • 🍳 Fry an egg separately.
  • ✨ Serve the fried rice topped with the fried egg.
