Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🥬 Kimchi – 1 cup, chopped
- 🥓 Bacon or Spam – 1/2 cup, diced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🌶️ Gochujang – 1 tbsp (optional)
- 🥚 Egg – 1 or 2, fried
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and bacon/spam until lightly browned.
- 🥬 Add kimchi and gochujang (if using) and cook for a few minutes.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
- 🍳 Fry an egg separately.
- ✨ Serve the fried rice topped with the fried egg.
