Ingredients

  • seaweed 🥬 – Kimbap sheets
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🍳 Egg – thinly sliced omelet
  • 🥩 Bulgogi – or other protein
  • 💛 Danmuji – pickled radish

Instructions

  • 🍚 Season cooked rice with sesame oil and salt.
  • 🥬 Lay seaweed sheet on a bamboo mat.
  • Spread a thin layer of rice evenly on the seaweed.
  • 🥕 Add fillings like carrots, cucumber, egg, bulgogi, and danmuji.
  • 🍙 Roll tightly using the bamboo mat, slice and serve.
