Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – seasoned with sesame oil
- seaweed 🥬 – Kimbap sheets
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🍳 Egg – thinly sliced omelet
- 🥩 Bulgogi – or other protein
- 💛 Danmuji – pickled radish
Instructions
- 🍚 Season cooked rice with sesame oil and salt.
- 🥬 Lay seaweed sheet on a bamboo mat.
- Spread a thin layer of rice evenly on the seaweed.
- 🥕 Add fillings like carrots, cucumber, egg, bulgogi, and danmuji.
- 🍙 Roll tightly using the bamboo mat, slice and serve.
