Ingredients
- 🧀 Paneer – 250g, cubed
- 🥛 Khoya – 100g, grated
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🫚 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, slit (optional)
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🧈 Butter/Ghee – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Cream - 2 tbsp (optional)
- 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Chili powder, Garam masala) - to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat butter/ghee in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🫚 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices, cook until oil separates.
- 🥛 Add grated khoya and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 🧀 Gently add paneer cubes, stir well, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add cream if using.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan.
