Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🥩 Ground meat (keema) – 250g
  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
  • 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander powder) – 1 tsp each

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🥩 Add ground meat (keema) and spices, cook until browned.
  • 🍚 Mix in cooked rice and stir well.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
