Ingredients
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🥩 Ground meat (keema) – 250g
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander powder) – 1 tsp each
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 🥩 Add ground meat (keema) and spices, cook until browned.
- 🍚 Mix in cooked rice and stir well.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
