Ingredients
- 🥩 Kheema (ground meat) – 1 lb
- 🫘 Avrekalu (hyacinth beans) – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, slit
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🥄 Goju masala – 2 tbsp (or to taste)
- 💧 Oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
- 🥩 Add kheema and cook until browned, breaking up any clumps.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and goju masala; cook until the tomatoes soften.
- 🫘 Add avrekalu and salt; cook until the beans are tender and the mixture thickens. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
