Ingredients
- ๐พ All-purpose flour โ 2 cups
- ๐ถ Yogurt โ 2 tbsp
- ๐ฌ Sugar โ 1 tsp
- ๐งช Baking soda โ 1/2 tsp
- ๐ง Water โ as needed
- ๐ฟ Cilantro โ for garnish
Instructions
- ๐ฅฃ In a bowl, mix flour, yogurt, sugar, and baking soda.
- ๐ง Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- โฐ Let the dough rest for at least 2 hours.
- ๐ฅ Preheat a tawa or griddle.
- ๐ซ Roll out the naan and cook until golden brown spots appear.
- ๐ฟ Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
