Ingredients
- 🥩 Cubed meat (lamb or beef) – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – 1, sliced
- 🍅 Tomato – 2, diced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan or pot. Add the meat and brown on all sides.
- 🧅 Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
- 🫑 Add green bell pepper and garlic, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 🍅 Stir in diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Add a little water if needed.
- 🥘 Cover and simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes, or until the meat is tender. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
