Ingredients

  • 🍞 Sandwich bread – 4 slices
  • 🍗 Pork cutlets – 2, breaded (katsu)
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🍶 Tonkatsu sauce – to taste
  • 🧈 Butter – softened

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare katsu by breading and frying until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🥬 Shred cabbage very finely.
  • 🍞 Butter the bread slices lightly.
  • 🥪 Assemble sandwiches: bread, tonkatsu sauce, cabbage, katsu, then more sauce and the top slice of bread.
  • 🔪 Cut in half and serve immediately.
