Ingredients
- 🍞 Sandwich bread – 4 slices
- 🍗 Pork cutlets – 2, breaded (katsu)
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🍶 Tonkatsu sauce – to taste
- 🧈 Butter – softened
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare katsu by breading and frying until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🥬 Shred cabbage very finely.
- 🍞 Butter the bread slices lightly.
- 🥪 Assemble sandwiches: bread, tonkatsu sauce, cabbage, katsu, then more sauce and the top slice of bread.
- 🔪 Cut in half and serve immediately.
